Reduce manual work
Reduce repetitive data entry, rekeying and work that adds effort without adding value.

We’ve helped Australian businesses save 150+ hours every week, reduce operational double handling by 3× and unlock more than $5M in annual value.
Your biggest operational problems often sit between people, processes and the systems they rely on. We help you identify what’s getting in the way and determine what should change.
Reduce repetitive data entry, rekeying and work that adds effort without adding value.
Identify where work gets stuck, why it happens and what needs to change to keep it moving.
Connect systems and improve how information moves across your business.
Redesign processes that worked at one stage of growth but are now creating unnecessary cost and complexity.
Determine whether an existing system should be improved, integrated, modernised or replaced.
Improve how the business tracks performance, spots issues early and understands where value is being lost.
We don’t measure success by how many processes we’ve mapped or recommendations we’ve delivered. We measure what changes for the business.

Gardner Denver Industries
Gardner Denver had managed its complex quoting process largely through Excel for decades, believing the number of service combinations and calculations made it too difficult to systemise. Maytech analysed the process, simplified the underlying logic and built the complex calculations into a centralised quoting platform.
The result was faster, more accurate quoting with a better customer experience and complete management visibility across the quote pipeline. Most importantly, the new platform created capacity for growth, enabling Gardner Denver to increase its workforce, pursue more opportunities and produce more quotes without simply adding complexity to the process.
Improvement in quote accuracy
Visibility over quotes and sales pipeline
Hrs/ per week saved on repetitive admin work

Dyers Transportation
Dyers Transport was managing customer records, contract jobs and ad-hoc jobs across disconnected systems and processes. With a nationwide operation, the lack of a single platform created significant inefficiencies, including poorly optimised truck routes and trucks travelling long distances without loads, directly impacting operating costs and profitability.
Maytech reviewed Dyers’ business model and operational pain points and identified that the solution needed to be delivered in stages. We started by implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM alongside their existing Microsoft ecosystem, then built workflows and business rules around the way Dyers actually operated. The result was a more connected operation, better visibility and a foundation for improving how jobs are managed, routes are planned and resources are utilised.
Reduction in double handling of jobs and customer data
Visibility into jobs, customer information
Improvement in managing contract SLA

VE Furniture
When Maytech started working with Victorian Educational Furniture, preparing a customer quote was a largely manual process using Excel and pricing spreadsheets. A typical quote could take 2–3 hours to prepare, and during busy periods the delays meant the business was missing sales simply because it couldn’t respond to customers quickly enough. There was also no clear visibility of the quote pipeline, making it difficult to forecast demand, plan procurement or understand the likelihood of winning upcoming work.
Our review identified a number of opportunities to improve the way the business operated, starting with the highest-impact change. We automated website enquiries into one-click quotes, with customer-specific pricing applied automatically and quotes generated almost instantly. This delivered an immediate increase in sales while reducing manual effort and improving visibility. We then continued the transformation across the business, digitising and connecting processes to create a more scalable operation.
Shift from manual quoting to systemised quoting
Increase sales via direct website to quote enquiries

We don’t just tell you what needs to change. We have the capability to change it.

We start by understanding how your business operates today, identify where improvement will have the greatest impact, then put the right changes into practice and continue improving them over time.
Understand your objectives, processes, people, systems and constraints to identify where time, capacity and value are being lost.
Analyse and redesign processes to remove inefficiencies, simplify workflows and determine where technology can create a better way of working.
Put the changes into practice through workflow redesign, integration, automation, application development or technology modernisation.
Measure outcomes, refine processes and automate further where it creates ongoing value.
The right solution depends on the problem. Depending on what we uncover, an engagement may involve:

Understand how work actually moves through the business and where improvement opportunities exist.

Remove unnecessary steps, handoffs, approvals and manual intervention.

Build a better way of working around the business’s actual requirements.

Connect existing systems so information flows where it’s needed without manual re-entry.

Automate repeatable work where doing so improves efficiency, consistency or capacity.

Improve, modernise or replace systems that are preventing the business from operating effectively.

We'll discuss what's currently happening, where you're experiencing friction and what you're trying to achieve. If there appears to be an opportunity for improvement, we'll explain what an appropriate next step could look like.
Yes. Unlike consultancies that primarily provide advice and documentation, Maytech can take improvements through implementation, including workflow redesign, automation, integration, application development and technology modernisation.
It depends on the scope. A focused assessment can be relatively small, while larger engagements may extend through process redesign, implementation and ongoing improvement. We define the scope based on the problems you need to solve.
Yes. While we're based in Melbourne, we work with businesses across Australia. Much of our work is delivered remotely, and we travel on-site when it adds value to the engagement.
That's a good starting point. A focused assessment can be a standalone service. If it points to something bigger, we're ready to help. If it doesn't, you'll still walk away with real clarity.
Bring us the problem. We’ll help you understand what’s causing the friction and whether it’s worth fixing.
